I have been painting watercolors for over twenty years via workshops and classes with the inspiration of well known artists such as Hal Boothe, Rick Bennet, and Jane Hofstetter.  My style may reflect their training but my subjects are quite unique. Most of my watercolors originate from close-up photos of colorful, contrasting items in odd places.  I like the freedom to paint them my way with unity, harmony, and perhaps a story to tell.
