This is a renowned fish shack located in Rockport, Massachusetts.  It’s called Motif #1 and is photographed or painted by artists each year.  I too wanted to capture the famous scene.  However, for me it turned into something more meaningful.  A few days later, I took a boat tour with a fisherman from the area.  We found his floating buoys identified by specific colored bands, and pulled up lobster traps for the ocean floor.  For this reason, the colorful buoys on the fish shack wall specifically caught my attention, so I added more in the foreground to carry the theme and colors.
